What You're Renting
A covered arena, 150 feet by 200 feet, sand-clay footing, six chutes and roping boxes, seating for about 100. Livestock barns, wash racks, and around 50 acres of open outside ground for parking, extra livestock, or overflow. Restrooms, showers, and concessions on site.
What It's Good For
Barrel racing and roping clubs looking for a real working arena. Weddings and family reunions that need open ground and covered seating. Church events, community gatherings, and anything else Sabine County needs a big space for.
What It Costs
